The University of Toronto Varsity women's field hockey team is hosting their fourth annual Golf Tournament at the Caledon Woods Golf Club in Bolton, Ontario on Saturday August 26, 2017. We look forward to hosting you for a wonderful day of golf with friends, family, and alumni. All proceeds will go to the Varsity Blues Women's Field Hockey team.

10:00 am - Registration
10:30 am - Breakfast
12:00 pm - Shotgun start (best ball format)

Registration

Registration fee includes golf cart rental, breakfast and certificate package. Cost is $150 per participant. Early bird registration is $125 - register by July 17 to save!

Tax receipts will be issued for the maximum allowable amount and mailed to you following the event.

If you are registering using the paper/offline form, please ensure that you provide a high resolution image file of your logo to Alison Lee at fieldhockey@utoronto.ca, Attn: Golf Tournament – Hole Sponsor. High resolution logos used in signs must be attached in email. Please respond no later than August 21, 2017. Image file types .ai and .eps are preferred.
