Skule™ Mentorship Program
We would like to thank our sponsor, TD Insurance for their contribution to this program.

Are you successful in your career? Would you like to share your professional experience and insight with a third or fourth Year Engineering student to help foster the future generation of global engineering leaders? Would you like to find a unique way of giving back to your alma mater? If so, you may be a perfect match for one of our Engineering students in the Skule Mentorship Program.
The mentorship program runs from October through March. Mentors are carefully matched with a student based on similar career interests and goals as indicated on both mentor and student application forms. Meeting frequencies are determined between the mentor and the student, as are the learning objectives of the mentoring relationship.
As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to the personal and professional development of future leaders
- Ensure students pursue appropriate career paths and are “job-ready”
- Become involved with the Faculty in a practical role
- Receive recognition for your experience and update your knowledge
- Learn about current curriculum and academic trends
The mentor and student will agree to:
- Set a meeting schedule with at least two meetings between October and March and email or telephone calls in-between
- Participate in an evaluation process of the program at the end of the program
