The Mississauga Academy of Medicine will meet the health care requirements of residents in the Region of Peel by helping to deliver a larger, and desperately needed, cohort of physicians to Ontario. The realization of the Mississauga Academy of Medicine is the result of a partnership between the University of Toronto, Trillium Health Centre, Credit Valley Hospital, and the Government of Ontario.

The highly anticipated Health Sciences Complex, which will be home to the Mississauga Academy of Medicine, will both yield a greater number of highly trained doctors and deeply enhance the research and undergraduate experience at U of T Mississauga.
