Literary Soiree: Fundraiser on behalf of Lifeline Syria
On Friday, December 4 at 6:30 pm, Toronto’s writing community is throwing a literary soiree at Friends House in the Annex to raise money and awareness for Lifeline Syria. Lifeline Syria is a grassroots Toronto-based organization helping to sponsor 1,000 Syrian refugees pouring into the GTA over the next two years. There will be Middle Eastern appetizers and desserts and a silent auction featuring theater tickets, spa items, and even lunch with celebrated author Camilla Gibb.
