The UTDRO Post-Grad 2021 Graduation Ceremony will be held virtually on Thursday, June 10, 2021, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. EDT:
- - 6:00 - 7:10 p.m. Formal Ceremony
- - 7:10 - 8:00 p.m. Social and Networking
The registration deadline is May 31st, 2021.
Information for Graduands
Order of Events
Please check the UTDRO Post-Grad 2021 Graduation Ceremony Program for a detailed schedule. You are expected to login at the start of the program regardless of your ceremony time.
We would love to hear from you during the ceremony and have integrated live interaction in the program! Before speaking, please unmute yourself and enable your video.
- Graduation will commence promptly at 6:00 p.m. EDT
- At your Scheduled Ceremony Time, your Program Director will proceed with Welcome/ Program remarks and commence the Ceremony. Names will be announced in an alphabetical order by last name.

- When you hear your name, you will have up to 1 minute to accept, and include an answer to one or both questions from “Questions for Graduands” section below.

- Social and Networking will commence after the Formal Ceremony, and guests will be able to move between program-specific Breakout Rooms or ask the AV Tech to create their own for a conversation with a select group of people. This is a time to network and celebrate with your peers, professors, friends and family.

Technical Prep
All participants will be automatically muted upon entry. Before speaking, please unmute yourself and enable your video. After speaking, please make sure to turn off your microphone. With the exception of the Social and Networking portion, this event will be recorded, so make sure you are camera-ready!
Invite Your Family and Friends
Graduands are welcome to invite up to two (2) guests (or 2 single log-in Zoom accounts) to participate in celebrating their achievement.

We look forward to hosting you and celebrating the accomplishments of our 2021 UTDRO graduating class! Please note that registration is mandatory for everyone wishing to view or participate in the graduation ceremony.
On event day, all participants will be automatically muted upon entry. The Formal Ceremony will be recorded, therefore, please do not unmute yourself for its duration. Once the Social and Networking portion begins, you will have an opportunity to connect and celebrate together! This part will not be recorded, and you may unmute to speak freely.
