Dr. Fei-Fei Liu, Chair, Department of Radiation Oncology (UTDRO) together with the Postgraduate Medical Education Office and the Office of Advancement are pleased to invite you to attend the UTDRO Post-Grad 2022 Graduation Ceremony for Residents and Fellows.

The evening will include a graduation ceremony and a presentation followed by an informal buffet dinner with colleagues, faculty, family, and friends.

FORMAT
We’re planning for an in-person event at Hart House. Should U of T’s reopening guidelines change, the event will be moved to Zoom and attendees will be notified by email.

PROGRAM
The UTDRO Post-Grad 2022 Graduation Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. EDT. A detailed program will be available to participants closer to the ceremony.

• • Covid-19 Vaccination: All guests must follow the current University of Toronto COVID-19 health guidelines in regards to health screening, vaccination status and masking. These guidelines can be found here. More specific details will be sent closer to the event date.
• • Children: Due to health and safety concerns and capacity limits, we are unable to invite children to attend this event.
• • Dress Code: Dress is business casual attire.
• • Alcoholic Beverages: Cash bar with one complimentary drink ticket.
• • Invited Guests: Graduands are welcome to invite up to two (2) guests to participate in celebrating their achievement. Please note the names of your guests on your RSVP.
• • Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: If you or your guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, please identify these on your RSVP.
• • Registration: Registration is mandatory for everyone wishing to attend the graduation ceremony. If you’re a UTDRO faculty member, current trainee, friend, or family of the graduand you’re required to RSVP to attend this event by the specified deadline.
